Ride Rating "Stars" and what do they mean??

In 2013 the club adopted a "Ride Rating" System to help classify each ride. This can help assist you on what ride you feel more comfortable doing. Each ride advertised will indicate with a ride symbol or note indicating the rating of the ride. See the rating system below..

This system IS NOT trying to put you in a category of what we feel your skill level might be. We are just wanting to share with you of what skill level is recommended for that particular ride. YOU make the decision of where you need to be. If you are a newbe and you what to work your way up the different levels than that be you goal for the year.

Nothing is perfect...If you have a suggestion about how this system works then please let us know.

What is "No One Left Behind"?

As our commitment to our club members we promote "No One Left Behind". This is a promise that when we advertise a ride of having this rating we will make sure you return safe. During the ride, the leader will make note of your existence and be there at your side. Say if a hill has slowed you down, we will wait for you at the top of hill or down the road and a point to where the leader would be seen so you be together again. Sometimes arrangements could be made to have a car come pick you up, but not always guaranteed.
